Do I need to book a visit before coming?
Yes, we recommend it. Booking ahead means we can give you our full attention, plan the tour around the event you have in mind, and advise you properly on halls, layout, catering, and the services available.
What do you need in order to quote my event?
For an accurate proposal we need your tentative date, the type of event, an approximate guest count, the schedule, the layout you have in mind, and any extra services you would like to include.
Is there parking?
Yes. Private parking for up to 100 vehicles, easy access, and facilities for guests with reduced mobility.
Is catering included when I book a hall?
Catering is at the heart of what we do. When you book your event with Estancia Rosario, your food and beverage spend covers use of the hall, tables, linens, tableware, and waitstaff, as set out in the agreed proposal.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own vendors, or to work with our trusted partners, for decor, music, photography, video, pyrotechnics, production, and other services. Savory catering must be provided by Estancia Rosario.
Do you have a chapel for religious ceremonies?
Yes — Capilla Virgen de Lourdes, our restored chapel on the grounds, for Catholic ceremonies. Church paperwork is arranged directly with your parish.
Do you offer accommodation?
No. Estancia Rosario is set up for social events, corporate meetings, ceremonies, and dining by reservation.
