Tours and Booking
How do I book a tour of La Estancia?
Message us on WhatsApp at +593 99 993 6398 or use the contact form. We will set up a private 60-minute tour with one of our event coordinators, complimentary and with no obligation.
How long does the tour last?
About an hour. We walk the halls, the chapel, and the gardens, and talk through what you have in mind for the day.
Do you offer tours on weekends?
Tours run mainly Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturdays are reserved for events already on the calendar, though we can make exceptions by appointment.
Weddings
How many guests can you host for a wedding?
We host intimate weddings from 30 people up to seated celebrations of 600 guests in Los Sauces. Each venue has its own recommended capacity, and we will help you match one to your guest list.
Can I hold the religious ceremony at La Estancia?
Yes. Capilla Virgen de Lourdes, our restored chapel on the grounds, hosts Catholic ceremonies steps from the reception. For an outdoor symbolic ceremony, the gardens are a favorite.
Do you offer custom menus?
Yes. We build the menu with each couple, serving contemporary Ecuadorian cooking alongside international dishes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs are no trouble.
How far in advance should I book?
For high-demand dates (May through December), we recommend booking 8 to 12 months out. Your date is confirmed once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
Corporate Events
What kind of corporate events do you host?
Executive meetings, product launches, training sessions, holiday dinners, company anniversaries, press conferences, and team building in the gardens.
Do you provide audiovisual equipment?
Yes: projection, sound, and microphones. For complex production setups, we work with trusted partners who already know the venue.
Do you have private parking?
Yes, with space for up to 100 vehicles inside the property.

Do you take walk-ins?
We work mainly by reservation. Call us at +593 98 386 6089 to check availability for the day.
What are the hours?
Lunch is served Monday through Friday, 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm. For private groups we can extend those hours by arrangement.
Logistics and Payments
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept bank transfers, credit and debit cards, and cash against SRI electronic invoicing.
How does booking a date work?
Your date is confirmed once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed. The balance is due at least five days before the event.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes, arranged in advance, for decor, music, photography, video, pyrotechnics, and production. Savory catering is the exception: it is always provided by Estancia Rosario. Some services carry a separate fee so we can guarantee quality and protect the property.
What happens if it rains?
Cuenca weather turns quickly, so we always plan an option A and an option B. If your ceremony is outdoors, we hold a hall in reserve, so the call can be made on the day without any stress.
