At Estancia Rosario, we treat your personal data with respect and in compliance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection of Ecuador (LOPDP). This policy explains what information we collect, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights.

  • Information about the event you are planning (tentative date, guest count, space of interest).
  • Billing details when you contract services (RUC or ID card, tax address).
  • Basic technical information (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected on an aggregate basis for statistical purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Address your request for information or visit.
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and proof of payment.
  • Coordinate the logistics of your event with authorized providers.
  • Send you reminders or relevant information about your event.
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not use your data to send mass advertising nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal Basis

We treat your data based on your express consent when contacting us, the execution of a contract when you book an event, and compliance with legal tax obligations.

5. Retention

We retain contact data for the duration of the commercial relationship and for the applicable legal term (minimum seven years for tax documents). Contact data without contracting is deleted after twelve months unless you renew your consent.

6. Your Rights

As the data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to the processing, port your data, and revoke your consent. To exercise them, write to us at info@estanciarosario.comwith the subject "LOPDP Rights". We will respond within a maximum of fifteen business days.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, role-based access, backups) to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
