At Estancia Rosario we handle your personal data with care and in compliance with Ecuador's Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP). This policy explains what information we collect, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights.

  • Details of the event you are planning (tentative date, guest count, the venue you are interested in).
  • Billing details when you book services (RUC or national ID, tax address).
  • Basic technical information (IP address, browser, pages visited), collected in aggregate for statistical purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Respond to your request for information or a visit.
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and payment receipts.
  • Coordinate the logistics of your event with approved vendors.
  • Send you reminders or relevant information about your event.
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not use your data for mass advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of your express consent when you contact us, the performance of a contract when you book an event, and compliance with our legal and tax obligations.

5. Retention

We keep contact data for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the applicable legal period (a minimum of seven years for tax records). Contact details from inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months, unless you renew your consent.

6. Your Rights

As the data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, to object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise those rights, write to us at info@estanciarosario.com with the subject "LOPDP Rights". We will reply within fifteen business days at the latest.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, role-based access, backups) to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
