1. Acceptance
By using this site or engaging our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
2. Website Information
Published images, descriptions, and prices are indicative. Final costs are confirmed in the quote signed by both parties.
3. Event Reservation
- The date is only held once the deposit has been received and confirmed in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of verifiable force majeure.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the event requires payment of 50% of the contracted value.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before requires payment of 100%.
4. Balance & Payment Method
The remaining balance is due at least 5 days before the event. We accept bank transfers, credit and debit cards, and cash against an SRI electronic invoice.
5. Included Services
The quote lists the services included in each package (venue, furniture, catering, beverages, sound, and so on). Additional services requested after signing are quoted separately.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Respect the capacity limits, hours, and house rules of the property.
- Look after the heritage buildings, the gardens, and the furniture.
- Cover any damage caused by their guests, outside vendors, or staff they have hired.
- Provide guest lists and special requirements on time.
7. Estancia Rosario Responsibilities
- Keep the venues in a condition suitable for the contracted event.
- Deliver the services described in the signed quote.
- Provide trained staff and hold valid permits.
- Give advance notice of any adjustment needed for operational or weather reasons.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure or acts of God (natural disasters, government measures, civil unrest). In such cases, we will work in good faith to reschedule the event.
9. Intellectual Property
The text, photographs, and logos on this site are the property of Estancia Rosario or are used with permission. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Ecuadorian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Cantón Cuenca, both parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
