1. Acceptance
By using this site or contracting our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the contracting.
2. Website Information
Images, descriptions, and prices published are referential. Final costs are confirmed in the quote signed by both parties.
3. Event Reservation
- The date is considered booked only upon receipt of the deposit confirmed in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of verifiable force majeure.
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event implies payment of 50% of the contracted value.
- Cancellation less than 15 days prior implies payment of 100%.
4. Balance & Payment Method
The remaining balance is paid at least 5 days before the event. We accept bank transfers, credit/debt cards, and cash against electronic invoice from SRI.
5. Included Services
Each package describes in the quote the included services (space, furniture, catering, beverages, sound, etc.). Additional services requested after signing are quoted separately.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Respect the capacity, hours, and internal rules of the property.
- Take care of the historical heritage, gardens, and furniture.
- Cover damages caused by their guests, external providers, or staff hired by the client.
- Deliver on time the guest lists and special requirements.
7. Estancia Rosario Responsibilities
- Maintain the spaces in conditions suitable for the contracted event.
- Deliver the services described in the signed quote.
- Have trained staff and valid permits.
- Notify in advance any adjustments needed due to operational or weather reasons.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for failures due to force majeure or acts of God (natural disasters, government provisions, social conflicts). In such cases, we will seek to reschedule the event in good faith.
9. Intellectual Property
The texts, photographs, and logos on this site are property of Estancia Rosario or are used with authorization. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Ecuadorian legislation. Any controversy will be submitted to the courts of Cantón Cuenca, both parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
